How to get started

    Apply

    Email hello@aichat.mn with your agency name, number of clients and the industries you serve.

    We enable it

    We turn on agency access and your client limit for your organization — an “Agency” menu appears in your dashboard.

    Set your brand and domain

    Add your name, logo and color, and point a CNAME for your client dashboard domain.

    Add clients

    Create an organization for each client, invite the owner and set it up together.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the client’s data?
The client organization. The agency works in the client’s dashboard as a member, and every organization’s data stays isolated from the others. When the partnership ends, the agency’s access is removed.
Which plan do clients pay for?
Each client pays for a regular plan (Starter, Business, Pro), and the 7-day Business trial for new organizations applies as usual. Agency discounts and billing terms are agreed by contract.
Will clients see aichat.mn?
Once you hide the aichat.mn badge, the dashboard, widget and emails show only your brand. Legal and privacy documents still name the service provider, NueraTech LLC.
How many clients can I add?
The client limit is set by contract and raised as you grow.
