Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of the aichat.mn service provided by NueraTech LLC (“we”). By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Mongolian version, the Mongolian version prevails.
1. The service
aichat.mn is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that answers messages from Facebook Messenger, Instagram, post comments, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, email, X and website chat — and phone calls — with AI based on your organization’s knowledge base, and provides a shared inbox, automation, broadcasts, orders and appointments in chat, delivery company hand-off, CRM integrations, a personal agent, notifications, reports, an API, mobile and desktop apps and a marketplace.
Customers pay for orders and appointments taken in chat directly to your own QPay merchant or bank account — we never receive or forward customer payments. You are responsible for the accuracy of your products, services, delivery, returns and prices.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your password secret and tell us immediately about any unauthorized access to your account.
- The organization owner is responsible for the actions of the team members they invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your organization.
3. Plans and trial
New organizations get a free 7-day Business trial starting when they connect their first channel. If no paid plan is chosen when the trial ends, the organization moves to the Free plan. Each plan’s price and limits are published on the pricing page. When a limit is exceeded, AI replies may pause or some features may be restricted.
The “Хувь хүн” (Personal) plan is for a single user — the personal agent and one social channel; the personal agent works while that plan, or a plan that includes it, is paid.
4. Billing and renewal
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly (20% off yearly), with QPay. Prices are in Mongolian tögrög.
- Every payment creates an invoice that is kept in your dashboard.
- We never charge your card automatically. A renewal invoice and reminder are sent 5 days before your plan expires.
- If you don’t renew within 3 days after expiry, the plan becomes Free; your data is not deleted.
- Extra AI reply packs, SMS packs and phone operator minute packs roll over month to month and can be used while the account is active.
- Phone operator minutes are counted per call, rounded up (61 seconds = 2 minutes). Your phone provider bills the number and call charges separately.
- We give 30 days’ notice of price changes, which never affect periods already paid.
5. Refunds
When you change plans, the remaining days of your paid plan carry over to the new one. If the service could not be used through our fault within 14 days of a payment, you may request a refund at hello@aichat.mn; each request is reviewed individually. Time already used and consumed extra replies or minutes are not refunded.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Send spam or bulk messages or emails without the recipients’ consent
- Circumvent messaging platform rules — for example sending promotions under non-promotional tags
- Use the phone operator for unsolicited automated calls, telemarketing, fraud or to deceive people
- Distribute unlawful, deceptive, hateful or violent content
- Infringe others’ reputation or intellectual property, or pass off someone else’s name under a white-label brand
- Collect sensitive personal data, such as health or financial data, without a lawful basis
- Circumvent, attack or overload the service’s security; scrape data through the API or the Partner API
- Reverse engineer or copy the service
- Resell the service outside the agency program without our written permission
7. Messaging, social and Google platform terms
When you connect Facebook or Instagram you must follow Meta’s Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies, Instagram Terms of Use and Facebook Pages Terms; for WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business policies; and for Telegram and Viber bots, those platforms’ terms. This includes:
- Replying within 24 hours of the customer’s last message
- Not sending promotional messages after 24 hours; using only approved templates on WhatsApp
- Not messaging customers who opted out of broadcasts
- Connecting only Pages, accounts, bots and numbers you are authorized to manage
When you connect an X account you must follow X’s Developer Agreement, Developer Policy and automation rules. Only forward email addresses you control to the email channel, and don’t send unsolicited bulk email. Users who connect Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Sheets must follow Google’s terms of service. When you connect a phone number you must follow your phone provider’s (Twilio, etc.) acceptable use policy.
Viber charges separately for messages sent through Viber bots. We are not liable for restrictions on Pages, bots, numbers or accounts that result from violating Meta’s or other platforms’ policies.
8. AI replies
AI replies — in chat, email, phone calls and personal agent proposals — are based on your knowledge base but can still be wrong. Keeping your knowledge base accurate and current and reviewing what the AI tells your customers is your responsibility. Do not rely solely on the AI for legal, medical or financial advice.
9. AI phone operator
- You connect phone numbers through your own phone provider account (Twilio, Telnyx, SignalWire, etc.), whose terms and charges apply to you directly.
- You are responsible for telling callers in advance that an AI is answering and, if so, that the call is recorded, and for obtaining consent where the law requires it. Recording is off by default.
- The phone operator is not designed for emergency calls (101, 102, 103, etc.) and has no duty to receive or route them.
- When monthly minutes run out the AI stops answering — calls go to your transfer number or to voicemail. We are not liable for outages caused by phone networks or providers.
10. Personal agent
- The personal agent is for the individual user’s own use; only that user can see its data.
- The agent performs outward-facing actions — sending email, creating or changing meetings, running write tools on MCP servers, replying to customers — only after you approve them. You are responsible for the content you approve. Unapproved actions expire after 24 hours.
- You choose any third-party MCP servers and tools you add and bear their risk. We are not responsible for how such servers work or what they contain.
- Google data is used under the Limited Use terms of our Privacy Policy.
11. Delivery companies
- Delivery companies are independent service providers; the delivery contract, payment and liability are between the shop and the delivery company. We only transmit order information and are not liable for lost, damaged or late goods.
- Delivery companies using the Partner API must keep their keys secret, use the information they receive only to perform deliveries, delete it after the legally required period and respect the rate limits.
- We may suspend partners that breach these terms or put security at risk.
12. Agencies and white-label
- Agencies that create and manage organizations on behalf of clients must have their clients’ authorization and are responsible for the actions of their own users.
- A client organization’s data belongs to that client. Agencies must make these terms and the privacy policy known to their clients.
- A white-label brand does not change ownership of the service or these terms; legal and privacy documents keep naming NueraTech LLC.
- Agency terms (discounts, client limits, billing) are agreed in a separate contract.
- We may suspend an agency that breaches these terms; its client organizations keep their service.
13. Marketplace
- Installing a marketplace template copies its content into your organization, and you may edit and use that copy.
- Publishers (agencies) confirm they hold the rights to what they submit and license installing organizations to use it.
- We may review, publish, reject or remove templates.
- Templates are offered “as is” — check that they fit your business after installing them.
14. Mobile and desktop apps
The mobile and desktop apps are covered by the same terms as the dashboard. If you download them from the App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms apply too. Push notifications may be delayed or not delivered depending on device settings and networks — check important notifications in the dashboard.
15. Data and privacy
The content you add and your customers’ data belong to you. We process it only to provide the service and in line with our Privacy Policy.
16. Intellectual property
The aichat.mn software, brand and design belong to NueraTech LLC. Your content belongs to you, and you grant us the right to use it to the extent needed to provide the service.
17. Availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but maintenance and third-party outages (Meta, Telegram, Viber, X, Google, LLM providers, Chimege, phone providers, QPay, SMS, delivery companies) may cause temporary interruptions. See the status page (in Mongolian).
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
19. Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.
20. Changes to these terms
We give 14 days’ notice before important changes to these terms take effect.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes are first settled by mutual agreement and otherwise by the courts of Mongolia.
