Each call is rounded up to whole minutes — a 61-second call counts as 2 minutes. When minutes run out, the AI transfers calls to your team or takes a voicemail.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as an “AI reply”?
Each reply the AI sends to a customer counts as one. Replies written by your team and ready-made replies from keyword rules and flows don’t count. Usage resets at the start of every month (Ulaanbaatar time).
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
You’re notified at 80% of your limit. When it runs out, the AI pauses and your team keeps replying from the inbox. Buy an extra reply pack and the AI resumes immediately.
What is a “channel”?
One Facebook Page together with its linked Instagram account counts as one channel. Each website chat widget, Telegram bot, Viber bot and WhatsApp number is also one channel.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. When you change plans, the remaining days of your paid plan carry over to the new one — you never lose what you paid for.
What if I don’t renew on time?
Your plan keeps working for 3 days after it expires. If it isn’t paid by then you move to the Free plan — your data is not deleted.
Are there any extra fees?
No. There are no hidden or setup fees beyond the prices on this page. Buy extra replies and SMS only when you need them.
Do you take a cut of payments collected in chat?
No. Payment links are created under your own QPay merchant agreement and the money goes straight to your account — aichat.mn takes no commission. QPay’s own fees follow your agreement with QPay. You can offer bank transfer as well.
How are AI phone operator minutes counted?
Each call counts from the moment the AI answers until it ends, rounded up to whole minutes. Pro includes 300 minutes a month, and you can buy extra minute packs. When minutes run out, the AI transfers the call straight to your team or takes a voicemail — no call goes unanswered.
Who can see my email and calendar with the personal agent?
Only you. Your personal agent chats, tasks and Google connection are not visible to other members of your organization — not even admins. The agent always asks for your approval before it sends an email or creates or changes a meeting. Data from Google is never used for advertising or to train AI models — we follow Google’s Limited Use requirements.
I run an agency serving many businesses — what are my options?
With the agency program you create a separate organization for each client and serve them under your own name, logo and domain. Each client pays for a plan on this page; agency terms are agreed by contract — email us at hello@aichat.mn.
